Briefly freeze this dry mix before slowly adding in ice cold water just until combined into dough. Roll out to 1/2 in. thickness and pop in the fridge while oven is pre-heating. Brush with butter and bake and you'll have 15 perfectly light and flaky biscuits ready for breakfast or dinner.
